Our dog is having issues. She lays down and two minutes later, she is up walking in a circle and then lays down again. This is constant? She has issues she is constantly licking herself. You give her a bath and he next day she back to licking. She is about 13+ years old, rusty red mix dog.

I have a guide dog pup whom I am raising - and I have similar issues - it's as though he has 'ants in his pants'. As he is sleeping the slightlest noise will get him back up again and he wants to play games. He alternates between licking and biting at this stage.

    Good luck !

Older dogs are prone to health problems, some of which can easily be cured. I would get her to the vet.
