I have a 1992 honda civic Lx. Won't turn over. Have had so many reason people keep giving me as to why it won't turn over, to the point where I have had the fuel filter, fuel regulator, distributer cap, rotor button, the whole distributer, and sprug plus REPLACED. People keep saying they are sure its this thing, we changed it, no luck. Had someone else tell me it won't the fuel pump because fuel was getting threw the lines, but others are telling me that it sounds like the fuel pump causing the problem. Could it be the fuel pump, and still get fuel threw the lines. I really don't want to buy piece by piece when there is nothing wrong with the one I had. I NEED HELP
