I feel like my head is in a drum, I can't even hear out of my left ear and I feel like my equlibrum is off. This all started after swimming.
Any subjestions how to get the water out of my ear?

Time for the doctor. It sounds as though you may have otitis media (middle ear infection) since it is only in one ear and it sounds like a "drum"

You will most likely need antibiotics to clear this up.

In the meantime, until you get to the doctor, you can try some sudafed along with benadryl to help dry the fluid behind your eardrum.
