I have postpartum depression and the father of my one year old is wanting primary custody. My postpartum has been almost completely resolved. Is it right that the father should still get primary custody?

It does not matter what you or I think is right.The court will resolve this case in way the judge thinks is right.The judge has to consider many things there...
