My friend have applied for Portugal passport 5 years ago at the Portuguese Consulate in Goa. All his documents are translated and processed. He has got his Pin code number as well as processing number. I think the file is already in Portugal. He has paid all necessary documentation fees and have attached all the certificates like parents birth certificate, parents marriage certificate, his birth certificate, proof of residence etc. Can you please help me how to follow up with this.
