First you should not crosspost duplicate questions. Choose one appropriate category and post there. Following is my answer to your other post:

Do you like your job? Your company owns your computer equipment and has the right to restrict its usage. I would suspect your IT guy took this step because he was tired of cleaning out problems caused by people who surfed the WEB without restrictions.

Once the company dictates rules for the use of its systems, it would be unethical for anyone to show you how to get around them. More importantly, you could be fired for doing so.

Do your surfing at home, not on the office's time.

That's not entirely true Fred, but then lack of truth hasn't stopped you from posting things in the past.

There are ways to get past the settings or to override them. But that's not something I would share with anyone because it would be unethical.
