Alabama. My wife has been in rehab since 4/25/07. She was caught in bed by our kids (5&7) with her 22 year old drug dealer before rehab (she is 32). While in rehab she has started a relationship with another man she came to know in there. She told me in April that he tried to commit suicide while in rehab. She has chosen to go visit him when she could have seen her kids on her free weekends. Do I have a change at full custody since she has completed rehab?

Were their terms put on you having full custody? If not, then I would guess no. She would have to petition the court to gain back custody.

Are you divorcing her? Your post is sort of confusing

We are going through a divorce at this time. I filled for and received temporary custody in April. My wife filled for full custody before rehab and changed it to joint once she got out. I responded back to her joint request asking for full. She is only allowed supervised visits at this time.

Well it sounds like you have your bases covered. I would imagine it's a matter of a court decision
