    Does drinking water really hellp you loose weight?
    I reli wna loose a couple of stone and I hered if you drink 8 glasses of water a day this will help a lot? Is it true and how does it work? I hered it was something to do with getting rid of water wieght? But I ent got a clue what that is!!


    I also herd if you eat a lemon and drink a glass of water in 2 hours you loose 4 pounds? I don't understand how that could be true?

    I don't think that lemon thing is true. I've never heard that.

    Drinking plenty of water helps in a few ways. It does help flush water weight out as well help ease food through your intestines. It also helps because the brain signals for hunger and thirst are similar so you may really be thirsty and think you are hungry so it helps you feel full.

    Keep in mind drinking plenty of water alone won't help you lose weight. You also need to follow a good eating plan of lots of fruits and veggies, lean proteins and whole grains.

    Haha Water does help people lose weight, but that is simply because drinking water instead of juice or milk, which has sugar and fat in them, while water does not. Also your body can sometimes mistake thirst for hunger, so when your hungry instead of picking up a cookie drink a glass of water.
