    Child support without marriage
I am 1 months pregnant and after my boyfriend found out about this he broke up with me.I was so mad at that time that I told him to get out of my life so he made me sign a paper saying I will never ask for any support for the child and he has no right on my child.is that going to be a problem in case I do need financial support from him in future? Can he show that piece of paper in the court and get out of paying for the child support? I live in VA and I need help from an attorney. Please advise.

    I do recommend legal counsel.
If you can prove the agreement was signed under duress or without credible witness, you may move this ahead.
Just because he doesn't want responsibilities doesn't mean he's not obligated.

    Good luck.

WOW-the second but same post... First-you have to establish his paternity before asking for child support.
