    Child support
My ex-boyfriend does not want to pay child support, and he has a document sign by me that I will never ask for any child support from him, what do I do? Can he use that piece of paper signed by me not to pay? Am I in trouble :( he left me when he found out I am pregnant, I was so mad before he left I asked him never to show me his face again.

Have you taken him to court?

That document could hold up in court. You could claim it was made under duress. You need an attorney!

Generally-the child support is not for the mother, the child support is for the child:)
If the child needs of support it does not matter what you signed before.I believe there is no a judge who will reject to award child support only because the mother signed something.:)
