    What is wrong with me?
Well today I've been rather bothered about my penis its been rather itchy and near lunch time I had to go to the loo and get it a good sort of rub / itch to try make it stop, I then relised when I pull the foreskin back that it had a funny smell and that there was yellow stuff around the top of the penis and it was red like rash sort of thing... my pee was rather missty as well, this has just happened today and its not painfull at all just rather itchy at times...

What is the problem can some one help please!!

I know you probably don't want to hear this from a girl's perspective but...

It sounds to me like you have a typical male yeast infection. Your going to have to go to the doctor and get put on an antibiotic to get rid of it sweetie!

Also, don't itch it too much or it will become very raw and painful. If you let it go too long, it could develop into a urinary tract infection also. Better go soon.

Its like a rash on the bell end... just rather itchy, is there not some other way rather than seeing a doctor or is it just the best way to go around this sort of thing...

Also how do these things occur like how do I get yeast infections..?

How old are you? How long has this been going on?
If an uncircumcised penis is not cleaned very well and often, especially into adulthood, infections will become a recurrent thing. See your Dr to decide if its time for circumcision.

A guy can get a yeast infection in a lot of the same ways women can. If you get out of the shower and don't dry the region well (especially if you are not circumsized) the moisture will stay beneath the foreskin causing the yeast. You can also get it from wearing restricting clothing, not washing well, and even having to take certain antibiotics. They don't make 3 day monestat over the counter treatments for men that I have seen so you are going to have to go to the doctor. Like I said in my first post, don't let it go to long. A urinary tract infection on top of yeast infection is like a living hell. Oh, and have you had sex lately? You can also get it from your partner if she/he has signs of a yeast infection. Guys can get them by not cleaning themselves up well after sex and letting the... ummm juices stay under the foreskin for prolonged periods.

GO TO THE DOCTOR! IT'S NOT LIKE THEY HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS SORT OF THING BEFORE! ;)

True but its not like Ive done this sort of thing before and I'm a really shy person... have spoken with my mum and she said its fine just to use this cream, don't know what its called

Also Ur basically saying most of the population have yeast infections they just don't know it..?

Might I add going to the doctors so he can sort it out might work but then few weeks or months later I could get it again.

And circumcision is not need for this??

Mum said it can also be cause due to something I eat too much of?? This true?

I never said most of the population have yeast infection, but most everyone will get one at some point in their lives. It doesn't stay with you for all eternity, babe. Once you get rid of it, they will stay gone unless something triggers another one up like I stated in my previous post.

No you don't need to be circumsized for this. I have never heard of such. As long as you keep yourself clean and dry in that region, being circumsized has nothing to do with getting a yeast infection. Guys that are circumsized can get yeast infections just as easily.

And you can get one due to something you eat. I forgot that one too.

If you go to the doctor, he will look at it, say it is a yeast infection and prescribe you an antibiotic. The symptoms will clear up within a couple days but you need to continue to take the antibiotic to make sure it is all gone. Once it is gone, you will not get another a few weeks later. Just figure out what caused this one and stop doing it.

Umm, I haven't had sexual intercourse in like 3 months, but would this effect me from having sex... yes I would / do wear condoms when haven sex but would this effect me in anyway??

Recently I mentioned in a post that my girlfriend gave me oral for the first time, it was both our first time, could this be the cause of it?? And would it effect me or her anyway? Also this was over a week ago that she gave me oral,?

    KISS
GET YOURSELF TO THE DOCTOR or you may never have good sexual intercouse again. I'll bet you wouldn't want that to happen. You could even become sterile. Do it not. The consequences of not going aren't worth it.

It might be getting better fast but don't be too surprised when it comes back in a couple weeks because "its an infection".

    ;)
