Jeez! Go see a doctor! Make up a good story if you have to but just go - nothing to be embarrassed about as this happens to about all guys. Just go get is checked out so you can sleep easier. Doesn't sound like any of the more interesteing STDs but again you need an MD or DO to check it out.
