I think you shoul take 2 capsules a day.. actually I'm also taking met tathione but only once a day... one capsule a day... im 5", and 97 lbs. I've been taking it for 1 month last dec 28, because I started using it last nov. 28 I have a brown complexion and now I can say that my skin became lighter and its really effective. I take it together with vit. C cecon.

Oopppssss... don't miss a daily dosage... Even if I'm taking met tathione I also use whitening lotion spf 20 and glutathione soap, sometimes placenta rdl soap. I use nivea whitening cream for my face.. but many says that placenta facial cream and lotion is also effective... I use whitening products even if I'm taking met tathione... I really want whiter skin

You need to take 1800mg of gluta per day if you want to speed up whitening.. gluta should be taken with Vitamin C.. If you don't want to speed up whitening, you can take 2-3 times a day.. that may 2-3 months result.. :)
