I just bought this bottle, 180 Caplets
I'm 15 years old and was wondering
All my buddies who I work out with pointed me towards NO2

I weigh around 155 LB's and the guy who worked where I bought this said take 6 pills a day until you weigh 160 then take 8 pills but everyone else told me 8

So this 180 caplets will last me 22 days, will I get enough results from the 22 days or would I have to purchase another bottle

Another thing

Do I have to take the pills every day? Or every day that I do work out

Anyone help please ? :(

You should take the NO2 every day even if you don't work out. But you should be lifting 4 or 5 times a week. And eating a ton of food. PROTEIN! I wouldn't go for Protein shakes though. Eat whole foods like tuna fish sandwiches and ramen and stuff. And since you are so young you probably should be taking 3 in the morning on an EMPTY stomach and 3 before lunch. I wouldn't take 4+4. stick with what the guy told you. And even when you reach 160lbs. You should still go 3+3. Make sure your work outs are short and intense. There is a really good book on the product. It has all the details on the product and what to do with it. Hope that helped :)

Please I am 17 year old, my weight is 160 pounds and at the place which I bought the NO2 hemodilator the guy told me to drink 4 capsules per day, 2 in the morning when I'm empty and 2 at night, but its right ? Or it was supposed to be 6 capsules daily ?

I got 2 more question, it doenst matter if I workout Monday to Friday and those days workout just chest, biceps and triceps ?

And the last one, when the battle over I got to by another one ? Because the guy told me not, but a friend told me that I will centralize water on my muscles do if I stop to drink even though workingout my muscles will get a little smaller, is that true ?

I have been taking the N2O and the CE2 (made by the same company) for about a month and a half now, and I love it. I get REALLY good pumps and a lot of stamina. MAKE SURE YOU DRINK TONS OF WATER WHILE TAKING IT!! I take about 6 caps a day with 4 caps or the CE2. I would stick with 6 on the dryas you don't work out, and 8 on the days you do. This way is lasts a bit longer, and you don't cheat the product. Make sure you rotate your workout programs and TAKE IT SLOW!! Don't over do it, or you will do more harm than good. BE PATIENT, I didn't see results from working out until about 3 months later, even using the CE2 and N2O, and I go 5 days a week. Over the past 4 months I have gone up 15lbs 160-175 and I up my lifting weight about 5-10 lbs every 3-4 weeks. Give it time, eat right, Don't FORGET CARDIO!! I will go on 1 more load before spring, then its time to lose all that water weight and CUT!! Have fun and good luck!!

Take 6 a day, 3 morning, 3 afternoon. The N2O will make you look "puffy" while working out, they like to call it "pumps". That workout schedule is no good, what about legs, shoulders, back, abs, cardio?? You will look ridiculous. You need to balance yourself, and just doing those muscles 5 days a week will probably do more harm than good, and take A lot longer. You have to give your muscles time to recover (2-3 days) this is when you workout other muscles. Try only doing one muscle group a week, or at more twice a week on a 5 day workout plan. You don't want to be all chest and arms either... :rolleyes:

I want to ask a question of any doctors and also make a warning about NO2. I started using NO2 and it made me feel more dilated and like my circulation was flowing much better. Then, I met this hot girl and she wanted to have sex the night we met so I took a little chip of viagra.
I woke up in the night and my heart was beating at a funny rate, I guess its called cardiac arrithmia. My heart still feels funny a few days later. So don't mix those two drugs.
Also, if there are any doctors out there, do you think that one time did permanent damage to my heart?

I have taken NO2 before and I got great results, so I recently started taking NO2 again and am currently on it... I don't know why a lot of you guys are taking 3+3... im about 155lbs and I take 4+4. either way, I get amazing results. I def. recommend making sure you take it on an empty stomach and waiting at least a half an hour before eating (healthy + high in protien) meals. What this time lapse does is allow you to dialate to let more nutrients flow at a faster rate... and take MULTIPAKS or MegaMen when your on NO2... it helps allllot.

The bad part about it...
Is that for the first week you feel reaally tired.. this is quite normal though, don't exactly know the scientific explination on why you get so tired (esspecially in the morning) but it heppens... wait another week and things will change dramatically... your more wide awake than ever, your workouts last longer, and the pumps stay harder all day long. I'm short on time, ill write more after.

And yes I wouldn't mix any drugs with it, I try to watch myslef carefully when drinking liquer even when I'm on NO2... it seems to make me drink less in order to get drunk... be careful with drugs and alcohol... it bassically makes you more of a light weight , hahahhh
