How Do You Find Out If Someone Died In Your Apt , Besides Asking The Landlord?

You mean in your apartment building? Do you know people that this person knows? What makes you think this person is dead?

Find out who all the previous tenants were, then either contact THEM, or your neighbors, or the Hall of Records for more information, i.e.. Local coroner's office.
