I am a father trying to take care of my son. The situation is my sons mother an I both keep him 3 and a half days. My question is I don't see why I have to pay her child support an we both have him the same amount of time. The only reason we went to court is she wouldn't let me see him. So I am wondering what could I do?

Go back to court and ask for a modification of the support payments. Doubt if you will get it though. While you may be able to get a reduction there are still many more support issues.

Don't sound like you should, have you asked your attorney why?
If you did not have an attorney that is most likely why you are paying it.
