The cult classic Goliath Awaits. It's a TV movie from 1981 starring Mark Harmon, Christopher Lee, John Carradine, Eddie Albert, Frank "The Riddler" Gorshin, Robert Forster, Alex Cord, and Emma Samms. I remember watching the first part of this when it originally aired--that shows how antiquated I am.
