My husband was arrested on gun charges and given bail but was held over for a bench warrant from 1997 . He needs to see his the back judge to have the retainer lifted but she is currently out on leave due to a broken hip . Can he see another judge or will they make him wait until she returns? that could take months.

Now of course when he goes back, he will have to stand trial for that charge also, And the fact he had a warrant out, will make bail harder or more expensive.
