Does new husband's income count in figuring out child support amount of prev. kids?
I heard in 2006 it did, but 2007 it does not.

Generaly-the new husband's income does not count in figuring out child support but many courts do it.

Each state in the US, has its own laws for child support, some states will look at total family income of custody parent, and new partner, but most states do not include this income at all.
