You seem to be in pretty good condition, so you might want to try a home work-out DVD set called P90X (Beachbody Fitness, Nutrition, Diet and Weight Loss Programs, Products & Videos) My husband and I are currently using it's "little brother" Power 90, and it works! I've lost 14lbs (I don't know what that is in kilos), and I can see the muscles in my calves, stomach, and arms starting to take shape. Oh, I forgot to mention I've only been doing it for a week and it's a 90-day program.
P90X is a little more extreme, and my hubby and I didn't feel that we were in good enough physical condition to start there. One we finish Power 90 then we're going to move up to P90X. Oh, if you are going to do this you need to eat more protein. Egg whites, peanut butter, chicken, salmon, etc. Protein is necessary for your body to burn fat and build muscle.
