setup an password in folder access

Unfortunately, you can't do that with a folder, in Win98. All you can do is password protect each individual document that you create. I'm not sure if you can do it with graphic files, as I never tried that, but you can do it with Word, Works, and Excel documents.
- Click on File > Save As...
Click on Tools, in the Save dialog box (it's located at the top right).
Click on General Options...
Type in a password in the Password to modify box.
Type in a password in the Password to open box.
Click on the Save button.
Hope this helps.

I opted out of PowerPoint & Access at home on my Win XP Pro, but I did find some information with an Advanced Google Search - password protect "Access database":
http://www.badblue.com/helpmdb.htm (the password information is down towards the bottom of the page).
Hope this helps,

PGP will do the trick... lets you password protect a new drive... drag all you want into the drive...
