I got a perm about a week ago and my stylist said I could color my hair. I waited 4 days and used the same color I have always used but this time my hair is way to dark. Can you recommend something to use to lighten my hair without damaging my perm?

Sweetie, there's no natural way to lighten your without using a high lift hair color or lightening product of some kind. You should wait 2 weeks after a perm before you dye your hair. It would be best to let your stylist color your hair.
