Wisconsin - Removing person from lease
Is it possible in Wisconsin to "evict" our roommate, when he signed the lease with us on the day we rented the house? We have determined him unsafe around our children, and quite a pig - porn on our computers, etc... and he eats all the things we buy specifically for the kids, but since he contributes $100 a month toward food we've let it slide. We'd like to ask him to leave, but we don't know if we legally can.

If he signed the lease with your landlord as a co tenant, then you have to go through the landlord. If he is subletting from you then you are the landlord. In either case, unless he violates the terms of the lease, you may be stuck with him until expiration.

Don't let him near YOUR computer and put a lock on fridge.
