    Child support
    MY DAUGHTER lived with me she just recently left one morning I woke up and she was gone she went to live with her mother she will be 18 in sept and I was just served with papers to go back to family court if I give up all of my legal rights am I still obligated to pay child support I don't even think that she really lives with the mother I think she lives with her boyfriend and is pregnant.. help

    Yes if you give up your rights, you still have to pay child support.

    The issue is that you were not suppose to just let her leave, you were suppose to tell her mother to send her back home. Just go to court and defend yourself to keep custody, and make her come back home. If her mom does not send her home, you can file against her ( which you could have done first) for interfering with custody.
