Hi to all members of this forum and I hope we can establish a good relation ship.
My question is the following.
I was working in the US for several years under an H.1 visa and during several years I have been paying all the taxes like the rest of the US citizen and non citizen.
In my case I moved back to South america 6 months before my H1 visa expired .
Now I have paid a large sum of Social Security but as I got in writing from the Social Security office I am not eligible for any pension o any other payment because I don't have the necessary credits to qualify for any payment.
since I have no intention to move back to the USA and I will have to benefit for all the payments I have made I don't know if I can get any return for what I have paid for my own
retirement.
Note. I am not claiming any Federal, Local, and state Tax because this is part of working in any place of the world.
Any answer o help , Guidance etc is highly appreciate
