This is a virtula memory issue.
Now there's two ways to approach this.
1/ increase the size of the virtual memory
2/ get to the root cause and fix it.

Now 1/ is quick, but not really recommended, where as 2/ should help stop this issue reoccurring.

Grab yourself a copy of CCleaner and go to the Tools tab.
Select start up and delete any programs that aren't needed all the time.
If you are unsure which, post a list or screen shot and we'll help.

Thanks Curlyben.:) I am dling Cclean. I have deleted a lot of programs under "Add/remove program" last night.

Another question: when I was trying to copy some of my pics to the disk, it says not enough space to do it, need to free some space, what should I do with that? I did free lots of space, I deleted 6626MB stuff last night!

And that will help this issue how exactly??

NSG, Part of what CCleaner does is cleans your system of windows crud that just builds up.
Does a good job of cleaning the registry too.
