If you have a felony that has been dissmissed will it stop you from getting a job. If you were never conicted is is erased from your criminal background.

It should not stop you from gaining employment, although it depends on where and who you apply to and what type of background searching the prospectie employer does.
IT can not be erased if it is never on your record. Only convictions show up on the criminal data base. The police and national security will show the arrest and dismissial but many innocent people are arrested and their cases dismissed. If it was dismissed then you do not have a felony.
