How can you change black lowlights back to brown?
Okay My hair is originally a dark brown and I had red hightlights put in... but when I went to get the highlights covered they turned black... so now my hair is growing out and my hair is halfway dark brown with black streaks only from my ears down. Is there any way to get the black, dark brown again?

If your natural hair color is a level 3, and the previous color is a level 1, you can choose a color that is two shades lighter than your natural color and then combine it with 20-volume peroxide. Remember that a single process hair coloring is tricky, and you may not get the results you want. You should consider getting it professionally done. A stylist can mix a hair color formula with a 20-volume peroxide developer to try and match your natural color as close as possible.
