If I'm elected Governor, I'll have special lanes put in for people who know where they're going!

Anybody heard of Blanding Boulevard? If I had a rocket launcher...

And, this is for the NASCAR fans, if someone cuts you off while using their cell phone instead of their turn signal, you should be allowed to get up under 'em, and just "take the air off 'em"! They're usually turning off in half a block anyway. Just not currently aware of their SUV surroundings! AM I RIGHT??

How would you police who can use this lane?

What about a separate lane just for the idiots/morons? That way
1# they wouldn't bother the good drivers
2# theyd eventually be bred out because of their even more hightened fatality rate from lumping them into one lane

Just in the past week, I have been the "victim" of at least four cell phone users who, while being on their cell phone while driving, have failed to signal a turn or proceeded through the stop sign when it was my turn to go.
