What is a good slope to drain down spouts to a ditch using 4" big "o"

Give it 1/4 inch to the foot. Good luck, Tom

Rule of thumb is 1/4" to every 100 feet for proper drainage. 1/4" for every foot is going to be real steep depending on the length.
