What type of lawyer do I need?
I own a trucking company. Monday of this week I took my truck to the Kenworth shop in Bloomington, IL to be worked on. Tuesday I went back to pick up my truck. I paid off the bill owed on it then the collection manager told me they were seizing my truck for nonpayment of a bill on a different truck. In order to get my truck back I need to sue them for illegal seizure and loss of revenue but I don't know what type of lawyer to hire other then one that sues people.:mad: :confused: :mad: :(
