I do not want my 16 year to live at home. What right I and he has and what is the process

I got kicked out when I was 16 so my advice to you first of all is make sure its what you want to do as your 16year old might hate you for it! If you cannot live with him anymore and you feel you have to kick him out making him homeless then the next thing is to go to your local council and tell them that your kicking him out or he himself has to go and tell them that he's homeless then theyl ring you to get the story. If they cannot find accommodation then he will be put in a b&b or a bedsit! Which he in turn have to pay for or get help to pay for.
