New Employee to Work in NYC and Reside in CT
I just recently got hired by a company in NY. I currently reside in the state of MD and plan to relocate to CT and commute to NY.
The company has sent to me employee enrollment forms...
I am crossed as to which address I should indicate on the forms (i.e. W-4 form, NY State, City of NY, and City of Yonkers Certificate of Nonresidence and Allocation of Withhold Tax form, Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate form).
My start date has not been determined nor has new place of residence.
What am I to do?
