    BIG Heartaches little body
Heartaches will happen to me often and I'm not that old. How do I know if something is seriously wrong?

Honey you may be having heartburn, that even happens when you are young. Ask your mom to take you to the doctor for a physical and mention your fears to the doctor. I saw your other post about the headaches, you seem to be very worried over your health. As for your headaches I seem to have had headaches similar to yours, the best I can describe them is like a hollow pain. Please try some deep breathing exercises, breathing through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. This should help relax you and give your body plenty of oxygen. Try it for about 5 minutes at a time, eyes closed, lying down or sitting with head tilted back.

Thank you for answering, and I am worried about my health since sometimes my cheeks will sting, my ears hurt a lot sometimes, and it will sting or itch under my nails.

    P.S. (for my other post)
I have been hit in the head with a big blunt stick by my sister accidentally and I've been hit with volleyballs, bats, and basketballs. Also I hit my head a lot.

Aww hope u feel better.. I would advise going to a doctor... If the doctor says nothing wrong and u still have the same fear talking with someone close person or friend always helps... they would give u more love and attention that a doctor would no offense to any doctors lol
