I'm 16 years old and I live in New Hampshire. I no longer wish to live with my father whom I have lived with since I was 6 years old. My father isn't really a bad parent he's just a little too strict and it feels like him and my step mom push me away. I want to live with my mother but she isn't doing great with money right now and my father doesn't want me to move in with her. I need help!

You poor thing. My daughter is in your same position. Exact. Problem is if your dad has custody of you you can't live with your mom unless they go to court and change it. I wish I could tell you something different but that is the way the law works. The only thing you can really do is kindly express your wishes to your dad and hope that he will understand and let you live with mom. The good news is you only have two more years and you can live with whoever you want.

Hi I'm todd I want to live with my mom to so I know how you feel cuzz my dad checks my mail email everything and he bad talks my mom but I'm scared to bring it up to him and if I live with my mom he'll probably get mad at me what should I do and I think since your 16 that you can do it unless your dad will get mad or something like mine
