AC unit That does not work
When I set the thermostat to on there is a click on the outside unit but it still will not come on. Anything else. The outside circuit braker is a manual breaker, that can not be shut off through over load or short. To break this circuit, you have to remove the jumper which is in a good state. Any more ideas.

    Thanks

Turn off the power and open the panel on the outside unit and look at the capacitor , is it ballooned on top where the wires connect? The capacitor is a round or oval canister with wires on top and two or three terminals , if this is bad nothing will run but it is a fairly inexpensive part. Good luck, mike
