:confused: Im 21 Years old, usually have regular cycle, my periods are always very heavy and sore. Im now a week late for my period, I noticed some spots of blood on Tuesday but just thought I was going to start. But it never, then this morning (Wednesay), I started to bleed very very lightly, it's a brownish, red colour. Not bled much atall a few drops worth in 1 day. Ive taken 2 pregnancy tests but are negative, I already have a child who is now nearly 4, but my test necer shoewd positive with him until I was 3 weeks late. COULD I BE PREGNANT?

You could be pregnant, or you could also be experiencing irregularity. There are a number of things that can cause irregularity, such as stress, diet and some medications. Are you on any form of birth control?

The only way you can really rule out pregnancy is to keep testing. The best time to test is 14 days after the missed period, or in your case 3 weeks after the missed period since that's when it showed up with your first child. Any testing before that is usually a waste of money on pregnancy tests. If you still read negative, request a blood test from your doctor. If that is negative as well, discuss with your doctor why you have not gotten your period yet. :)
