    Quit claim deed
My fiancé recently refinanced our home. The mortgage co gave us a quit claim deed to fill out so I won't lose the home if anything happens to him. It was his from a previous marriage. We used the quit claim deed to remove his wife's name in the divorce, but I am confused about what to do with the quit claim form we now have. If he signs it does that mean he loses any rights he has to his property?

A quit claim deed is used to transfer property from one owner(s) to another. It sounds like the bank is suggesting you get your name on the deed. So he is deeding the property from himself to himself AND you.
