Very strange, Was working in my shop one time, Hooked up 12 Volts to my little TV, like hundreds of times. One time I accidentally reversed polarity, heard a pop. I then hooked up correctly, to see if it would work. It did, But picture was tilted. I'm thinking there is no part that can go defective and tilt picture. You would have to turn the Yoke?
Too make a long story short(Too Late), I pulled off the back, and Electrolytic Capacitor
Had popped and expanded, physically turning yoke.
Yours sounds more like a "Rotate" problem, Not Monitor Problem.
Hopefully someone will provide detailed solution.

This sounds like you have an NVIDIA graphics card in your machine!

Right click on the "Desktop" and select "Properties"
Select "Advanced Settings" and you will be looking for the "NVIDIA Control Panel", within this area you will have the option to "Rotate the Display"

Once you have found that the screen will revert to "normal"

Either that or turn the screen upside down!

ATI's do the same thing. If you have the ATI drivers installed go into the Catalyst Control Center and on the very first page you can set the rotation.

    Hi,
How did it happened? Someone has access to your PC? On some computers I saw that if u click right and go to graphics options u can rotate the image. See if it works.
