    Thing under my nostril
OK so like right under my nostril is like this thing I thought it was like a pimple coming up but it isn't I don't think

Its not really a bump but something under the skin, I tried to squeze it and a pin tip of pus come out, it sort of hurts when I move my upper lip and nostril and it won't hurt if you touch it but if you press on it it does hurt, it's a little pink around the area but you can't see a pimple or black head or pore that it is under I even checked with a magna light up mirror thing

    Help :o :(

It sounds to me like what I call an "underground pimple". It is a pimple, but its deeper than the normal pimple that rises to the surface. If I just leave them alone and don't play with them, they usually go away without ever surfacing. :)

It sounds like a pimple to me; I've gotten one right under my nose before too. Pores are all over your skin even under your nose. More than likely it's just one of those big, painful pimples. Try medicating is with some benzoyol peroxide and salicylic acid; this should help it go away more quickly. If you don't have this on hand at the moment you can put toothpaste on it overnight (not the gel kind). Whatever you do, don't pick and sqeeze at it. Doing this will introuduce more bacteria into the area.

Yikes! Those are the worse. I used to get them all the time when I was a teenager. Salicylic acid will clear it up in no time. In the meantime take a washcloth and dip an edge in hot water and press it on the area it will help to open op the pores.

You can get salicylic acid at the drugstore. If you look in the skin care aisle you will see a bunch of "spot treatment" type of products. I used to use one by Clean & Clear that worked pretty good.
