    The hot water isn't coming through the tap
    When I open my foiset the water comes but when I turn it to the hot water still no hot water comes but somewhat cold, so what should I do, also, sometimes when I open water my pipes make weird noises help me

    Sounds like a restriction(s). Don't know if you can separate or isolate. Does this happen to one, some, all faucets? toilets and shower work?
    Can you remove line that comes out of water heater"Hot", Or the Cold In, to check flow.
