Is the landlord obligated to give a 15 day notice,for renewal or termination, prior to the 60 days from the end of the lease?(florida law)

It depends on your lease and state law. If the lease is not renewed, the tenancy turns into a month to month. If either party doesn't want to renew, at least 30 days, and probably 60 day notice would be required.
