How do I access my computer history

What type of history is it? Internet pages visited, documents opened, applications opened? Give more details...

This may be what you want, in the task bar there is an Icon, mine is
After search, favorites, media and HISTORY (a sundial icon )...

There are options as to how long it is saved -- click to display sites you have visited... I save for two days --- the url's of the sites I visit

If you don't see an icon it is possible someone has hiden or removed the icon
