How to Lose Weight Fast - wikiHow
Losing weight is not easy, you need to get motivated,
Exercise instead of play computer games or watch TV
I just started at a personal trainer about a month ago and doing great I've already lost 3kg I would have never got up and done this before but with a trainer its different there there to help you motavate you and push you that little extra. We do thing such as the treadmill, the steppa, the bike, we do floor excerises such as sit ups push up step ups on the box in many different ways this really seems to help. There is no quick way to loose weigh I've learnt it takes time and you need to eat right for this to happen
No I'm not growing any more.. I'm about 5'2
By your name, I'm assuming you're an athlete. Watch sugar/fattening food intake, swimming/jogging is always a good cardiovascular idea as well as a way to shave pounds. Basically, stay in shape and maintain a consistent schedule for exercise.

I figured out that if you stop or slow down on drinking pop, soda, or basically anything with high fructose corn syrup you can lose weight. I personally tried it for a week and lost approximately 8 pounds. So give it a try it may help. Have a nice day!
Yea I'm really into sports playing almost everything.. but I just don't know..
I run and ride my bike a lot.. after all the sports... but no matter what I'm just not losing any weight..
I don't drink any soda just ice tea.. but not a lot..
Would I lose weight if I had a schedule of breakfast, lunch , and dinner..
And kept to it while I ran and all that.. I don't know.. but thanks everyone for the help...
There's nothing wrong with scheduling when and what you eat. I'm concluding your degree of desire, basketball_kid40; do you really want to lose weight? Then continue a pursuit that only encourages that. You're doing well by remaining in sports. Try not thinking, "man, I've gotta lose weight!" and rather, think, "man, I want to stay in shape, and earn what I want for my body". Just a thought.Quote:

Thank you..
Sorry it has been so long but the other way which there are many, my other outlet is not to eat so late at night, basically after 8pm or maybe 830pm, this gives your body time to start burning the food before you decide to sleep. Remember this is not an exact but it might work for you.
You still have some growing to do you might be a late bloomer but the best way to lose weight is just do plenty of cardio and watch what you eat.
