I have a cocker spaniel she is about 13 months old. I am giving her allergy and omega 3 pills but she still snores at night when she sleeps and she snorts a lot. I've tried cleaning her nose out with a baby nose cleaner thing and I thought the allergy pills would help but she still does it. Does anyone know what's wrong and what I can do to help this?

I really think this is one for your vet, not AMHD. Even if what isn't working was his idea, let him suggest something else.

I agree with labman. You need to get back with your vet on this. Just as an FYI, your dog may be a victim of improper breeding practices and there may not be much that can be done. This just might be a genetic defect that she will carry with her for the rest of her life and you will have to learn to live with it. But, the only person who can confirm this, or offer you solid advice and help is your vet.
