I wanted to know what I needs to go through to get a legal status in the usa.
Like I said then I came here on a b2 visa and he has been here for 7yrs and I got married to someone that has been here for 10 yrs but on a visitors visa, recently we gave birth to a premature baby born 11 weeks early. The baby was born here in usa and will need some medical follow up in the future. What do they need to do to legalize their stay in this country? So that they will be able to work to take care of this baby

So both the babies parents entered on visitor visa's?

Your best bet is to contact an immigration lawyer at this point, your both illegal at this point so you need a lawyer to do up a petition for amnesty based on your child being a us citizen.
