How to say I don't want to live with my dad and live with my mom

How old are you? Does your father currently have legal custody of you? If so, then your mother would have to file a motion to modify the custody order and it's hard to convince a judge to do that. If custody hasn't yet been established, then you'll have a say as to which parent you'd prefer to live with. That doesn't necessarily mean it'll happen that way, but the judge will take your wishes into consideration.
