Will filing bankruptcy stop a judgement and what all does filing bankruptcy include?

You file on every debt you have, some debts such as IRS or school loans are normally not allowed but there are excpetions. But you will list every debt you have in a bankruptcy.

Thanks father, I was wondering because my daughter had a accident in 1996 and the dr sent her to a chiropractor and they did not bill the insurance company and the company closed and an attorney picked it up when she sent me a letter she told me I owed her 1200 then now it is 2000. Can she do this? I am confused.
