    Being sued for small credit card amount
    I am being sued buy a credit card for less than 4000. I don't know what to do. I don't want to lose my home. My husband is going to freak when I tell him I have 4 kids ican barely afford to feed as it is. I just went back to work a few months ago I don't know what to do we are considered below the poverty line as it is what should I do

    File Notice of Intent to Defend, if you don't they will obtain default summary judgment, and garnish your wges, and or attach your checking account.

    I am 23 years old and have just been summons to court for a small claims for the amount of $1007 for a credit card from 4 years ago. I've gather up the full amount that, but what is the next step. I want to avoid the whole extra court fees. Please tell me what I can do now that I have the full balance. Do I have to go to court if I pay the full amount?

    PLEASE HELP!
