OMG. I'm sorry, but you can't get AIDS from wacking off. LOL. And life isn't all about punishment, fear and Satan. This is an extremist view. The only shield you'll need is a condom if you stop wacking and start having sex, but another shield would be to shield your ears from all this fear mongering. Ughh. So about the bump. You may wish to see a doctor, a walk in clinic may be good, it may be more comfortable for you if you're shy. It could be a pimple though, occasionally people do get breakouts there for some reason or another.
